VISIT
We’re perfectly placed for access to Dover (13 miles) & Eurotunnel (15 miles). Beechborough B&B offers a great base to explore the historic City of Canterbury with its breathtaking cathedral, restaurants, bars, shops & everything else that a City has to offer. Our bed & breakfast accommodation sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), close to The Pig Hotel (1 mile), the Bridge Arms & the beautiful Elham Valley Way which passes right past our local pub The Mermaid Inn & close to Tadpole Tearooms - perfect to grab either a pint or a slice of cake (whatever your preference)!
BREAKFAST
We’re passionate about quality & supporting the local community. We offer good quality, locally sourced ingredients (where possible) for breakfast - the pork sausages, black pudding & smoked bacon from Fern & Farrow Farm Shop (the clever couple do event catering too!) & fresh lovingly baked artisan bread from Gilda Bakery both in the village - we can
pre-order special items if required. Local jams & chutneys made by The Wooden Spoon based in Wye & other local goodies from the well stocked farmshops nearby - Macknade in Faversham & Gibsons
in Wingham.
RELAX
King size beds, dressed with quality Egyptian cotton, duvets and pillows are goose and duck down (microfibre available on request) - our aim is to provide a good nights rest on a quality mattress & a breakfast served with love. Both rooms are finished to a high standard & the bathroom offers a touch of luxury that is always welcome when you are away from home. Our rooms overlook the garden & The Elham Valley Way & we’re only 40 paces from the local pub (a few more on the way home!). We come highly recommended, but don’t take our word for it, read our reviews!
